steam in a pot, or in a microwave-safe bowl with plastic wrap for 2 - 3 minutes on high.

• mix 1/4 cup fat-free ricotta cheese 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl. microwave for 25 seconds, just to warm.

stir cheese-mixture evenly over cauliflower and enjoy!
